The 2022 MLB Postseason will get underway Friday with start of the Wild Card Series. Major League Baseball expanded the playoffs for this season adding an extra wild card team to both leagues. The Wild Card series will be made up of two, best-of-three series, from each league with the higher seeded team hosting all three games.
