NEW YORK — Before most of the Los Angeles Angels even arrived at Yankee Stadium, Tyler Wade was on the field at 3:30 in the afternoon Tuesday catching up.
Wade misses his old Yankees teammates and coaches. He loved the Yankees as a kid growing up in Southern California and he loved spending his first nine years as a pro with them from the time he was drafted as a high school senior in 2013 until he was traded for a player to be named or cash considerations last November to free up a 40-man roster spot.
