The MLB Offseason roared to life Thursday as the New York Mets pulled off a blockbuster trade acquiring shortstop Francisco Lindor and starter Carlos Carrasco from the Cleveland Indians in exchange for four players including infielder Andres Gimenez and Amed Rosario. The Mets were expected to make a big move at some point with new owner Steve Cohen now at the helm. With Cohen in charge, they have the ability to sign Lindor to the long term deal that he is seeking and now look like a contender.
The question now is, how will the Braves respond to the Mets?
