The Winter Meetings officially came to a close Thursday with the annual Rule 5 Draft which was held via conference call. As expected, the Atlanta Braves didn’t make any selections during the Major League portion of the draft but did make three selections during the minor league phase. Atlanta grabbed right-hander AJ Puckett from the White Sox, infielder Jalen Miller from the Giants and outfielder Jacob Pearson from the Twins. The Braves did not lose any players during the draft.
