The Atlanta Braves were without Ronald Acuña Jr. again Tuesday night against the Boston Red Sox. Acuña left Sunday’s win over the Phillies after before the third inning after feeling some tightness in his right hamstring. Acuña felt some soreness Monday and was put through some tests and running drills on Tuesday. The decision was made to give him another day of rest and with an off day Thursday, he may not be back before Friday’s doubleheader back in Atlanta.
Brian Snitker also said that Ozzie Albies has begun ramping up his activity and is hopeful that he will be hitting on the field by the end of the week.
