The virtual Winter Meetings wrapped up this past week with barely a whimper. For the Atlanta Braves, the most excitement of the week came on Thursday when they added three players during the minor league phase of the Rule 5 Draft. That is about as good an example of a slow news week as you can get. There is no indication of when things might pick up, but the Braves still have some holes to fill, so we will be seeing some more activity at some juncture before spring training.
