Despite leading 4-0 and 5-2, the Atlanta Braves dropped their third straight game Saturday night falling 6-5 in 10 innings to the Toronto Blue Jays. The Braves are now 0-4 in extra inning games this season. As bad as all of that sounds, the biggest blow came in the sixth inning when catcher Travis d’Arnaud suffered a thumb injury on a play at the plate. d’Arnaud was replaced by Alex Jackson and Brian Snitker confirmed following the game that he will be placed on the injured list and will fly back to Atlanta to be examined by team doctors.
