A familiar name could be found on the 2020 Hall of Fame ballot, which was released on Monday, with Rafael Furcal joining former teammate Andruw Jones as potential Braves inductees next July. Furcal was an integral part of the early-2000’s Braves teams that found immense offensive success, and will now have an opportunity to have his value gauged by the BBWAA.
The 2000 NL Rookie of the Year, Furcal was best known throughout his career for his incredible arm, which was clocked at close to 100 MPH during his time in Atlanta.
