The Braves once had the consensus top farm system in baseball, which was flush with high-level prospects that would lead the organization back from their lengthy rebuild. Those aspirations came to fruition in 2018, and since then the Braves have continued to stock their major league roster with homegrown talent. Despite the countless promotions of top prospects over the past three or four seasons, the Braves still place very highly in farm system rankings. Baseball America ranked the Atlanta system fifth overall, while Keith Law ranked them sixth overall. These rankings don’t meet the lofty marks set in year’s past, but they are certainly impressive and speak to the depth that Atlanta possesses throughout the organization.
