The Braves are, at least in this very early part of the season, one of the hottest teams in baseball. This pleases us.
Thanks to strong outings from Touki Toussaint and Josh Tomlin on the mound plus some offense thanks to homers from Ronald Acuna Jr. and Marcell Ozuna, the Braves won their fourth straight game with a 7-1 win over the Mets who are probably sick of playing the Braves by now.
Acuna’s day at the plate understandably got most of the attention as we have all been waiting for him to break out.
