Foltynewicz gave cause for concern in his tuneup start against the Marlins last week as he barely touched 90 MPH with his fastball, which he attributed to the weather. In Tampa, where the Rays play in a dome, the right-hander once again struggled to produce consistent velocity and paid for it dearly.
