Losing to the Marlins is bad. Losing your ace is also bad. The Braves did both of those things on Tuesday, which seems bad. Having Max Fried go on the IL is obviously a huge problem for a team that is already thin in the starting rotation, but having Kyle Wright come up to make his audition for the rotation only to get shelled by the Marlins is just awful. The Braves are in desperate need of stability (or ability) within their starting rotation at the moment, and seemingly every exciting option has been a disappointment this season.
