The Atlanta Braves announced today that they have officially released infielder Adonis Garcia so that he could play in South Korea next season. The 32-year-old appeared in 52 games for the Braves in 2017 and 244 total over 3 seasons in the majors.
He hit an overall batting average of .267 which isn’t bad but keep in mind his explosive, but short, debut in 2015.
The Braves have released INF Adonis García from their roster in connection with his desire to play in South Korea for the 2018 season.
