The Astros were just two innings from the NLCS, and then they gave up seven runs in the final two innings, keyed by some horrible relief and a backbreaking error by rookie shortstop Carlos Correa, and a game they were winning 6-2 turned into a gutpunch 9-6 loss.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer team. Revenge is a dish best served cold.
