July 27 - Rookie Spencer Schwellenbach had the best start of his career Saturday afternoon, as the right-hander gave up two hits and struck out 11 over seven innings to lead the struggling Atlanta Braves to a 4-0 win over the host New York Mets in the third game of a four-game series between the National League East rivals.
Marcell Ozuna, Matt Olson and Eddie Rosario homered for the Braves, who snapped a six-game losing streak -- their longest since September 2017 -- and moved a half-game ahead of the Mets in the race for the top NL wild-card spot.
