Santana's 3 RBIs give Kapler first win in extras

ATLANTA -- Carlos Santana drilled his first homer of the season and delivered the decisive sacrifice fly that allowed the Phillies to claim a 5-4, 11-inning win over the Braves on Friday night at SunTrust Park.

Phillies skipper Gabe Kapler used eight different relievers en route to the first win of his managerial career. His bullpen nearly faltered for the second straight day, but it proved efficient enough to take advantage of the singles J.P. Crawford and Cesar Hernandez ahead of Santana's game-winning sacrifice fly off Braves reliever Shane Carle.
