ATLANTA -- Braves starter Anibal Sanchez exited in the fifth inning of Tuesday night's game against the Reds at SunTrust Park with an apparent right leg injury.
Sanchez appeared to be feel discomfort in his right leg before facing Joey Votto with two outs and a runner on third. After the training staff, manager Brian Sniker and pitching coach Chuck Hernandez came to check on him and he threw warmup pitches, the right-hander came out, with Matt Wisler taking over on the mound.
Sanchez surrendered two runs on five hits with five strikeouts and one walk.
