The Atlanta Braves could be moving closer to getting Ronald Acuña Jr. back in the lineup. Brian Snitker told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s David O’Brien on Wednesday that Acuña will start hitting off of a tee in the next couple of days. If everything goes well and he is able to ramp up his activity, then a rehab assignment sometime next week seems possible.
#Braves' Acuna will start hitting off a tee in next couple of days, Snitker wouldn't commit to timetable for when might begin rehab assignment. (But next week sounds like reasonable expectation)

Acuña suffered a scary looking knee injury while legging out an infield single against the Red Sox back on May 27.
