Both the Braves and the Yankees have released their lineups for the first game of today’s doubleheader. Let’s not waste any more time and jump right into the discussion.
Tyler Flowers will be starting this first game, so that means he’ll be hitting lower in the lineup and everybody else in the middle part of the lineup got bumped up a spot. So Nick Markakis will be batting fifth today instead of hitting sixth like he was scheduled to do last night. I figure that’ll be the norm for the time being since Brian Snitker appears to have a lot of trust in Travis d’Arnaud’s bat at the moment.
