Former Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Angels pitcher Tommy Hanson may have died due to an overdose. The details surrounding the 29-year-old's death are still unclear, but an overdose is possible according to Zach Klein of WSB-TV.

Hanson's official cause of death has yet to be determined but, as Klein states, that will be released once a toxicology report is completed.
As of right now, sheriff's officials are saying there was "no indication or suspicion of foul play," according to the Associated Press.
