There must not be much available on the trading market this summer in terms of pitching, as already evidenced by Atlanta receiving multiple prospects in a trade for Bud Norris on June 30.
One of the guys that has picked up the slack in the rotation since that deal has been Lucas Harrell, who was signed by the Braves on May 20 and called up to the club on July 2 to make his first major league start since 2014.
Harrell has pitched 13.2 innings over two starts, giving up a single run in each start, and now has teams showing trade interest, as Robert Murray of Today's Knuckleball reports.
