Rangers veteran hurler surprisingly available; Braves listed as destination

The Atlanta Braves will not be the same team in three weeks.

Atlanta is more than likely going to shake up its roster before the July 30 trade deadline, which will include adding a starting pitcher.

The Braves have been linked to everyone from Garrett Crochet to Kyle Hendricks, and they'll also be on the phone with the Texas Rangers in the coming days.

While most people are wondering whether Texas will float Max Scherzer out into the market (despite Scherzer's no-trade clause), a few notable sources have focused on another of the Rangers' starters as a viable asset: right-hander Nathan Eovaldi.
