Ronald Acuna is really good at baseball. There is little doubt that that is true.
Acuna put together a season for the ages in 2017 which saw him rocket through the minor leagues and up prospect rankings. After an injury-shortened 2016 season that still saw him slash .312/.392/.429 with four home runs and 14 stolen bases, Acuna broke out in a big way. Despite scuffling a little bit to start the season, Acuna went on to be among the minor league leaders in most offensive categories as he batted .325/.374/.522 with 21 home runs, 82 RBIs, 88 runs scored, 181 hits, and 44 stolen bases on his way to receiving a host of minor league player of the year awards at the tender age of 19.
