Pache was out of the Braves’ lineup again Sunday, with manager Brian Snitker opting for more offense against right-hander Zach Eflin and the Phillies. Pache has started one of three games since his promotion last week.
On Sunday, Marcell Ozuna played left field, where Pache has appeared in his first two MLB games, while Ender Inciarte and Adam Duvall handled the other outfield spots. Matt Adams served as the designated hitter.
“I’m just looking for offense,” Snitker said. “You have a guy like Matt Adams sitting there. (Pache) is up here right now to help out late in the game defensively until Ronald (Acuna) gets back.
