Ozzie Albies ‘let’s it eat’ in spring training debut vs. Yankees, but Braves lose 8-7

The Braves lost 8-7 to the Yankees despite two homers from Matt Tuiasosopo, but that’s not why you’re here, is it?

The biggest storyline to follow in this game was of course Ozzie Albies’ first taste of spring training baseball. On Wednesday he was medically cleared to play, and he had a fine showing in his first “real” look.

Albies led off and started at second base for the Braves, going 1-for-2 with a single and a run scored. He started the bottom of the first with a single up the middle and would later score on a Johan Comargo double.
