Fresh off of a series win over the Philadelphia Phillies, the Atlanta Braves will begin a three-game set with the Washington Nationals Monday at SunTrust Park.
Atlanta completed a stunning comeback on Opening Day erasing a five-run deficit and winning the game on a walk-off home run by Nick Markakis. The Braves fell in Game 2 of the series 5-4 in 11 innings but bounced back on Sunday with a 15-2 route in which they banged out 19 hits.
The Nationals arrive in Atlanta fresh off of a sweep of the Cincinnati Reds.
