Freddie Freeman will be looking for another big series at Citi Field this weekend when the Atlanta Braves open a three-game set against the New York Mets. Freeman has long tormented the Mets hitting 28 home runs against them in his career. After a slow start in May, his play has picked up of late and that will be important with Marcell Ozuna now out of the lineup due to injury.
Ian Anderson will take the mound for the Braves on Friday in the series opener against Mets right hander Taijuan Walker. There is significant rain in the forecast so check back for updates.
