Max Fried left Wednesday’s game against the Miami Marlins after just one inning due to a tweaked ankle. Fried could be seen talking to Brian Snitker and pitching coach Rick Kranitz during the home half of the first. He appeared to be lobbying to stay in the game but with the playoffs just a week away the Braves will play it safe.
LHP Max Fried was removed from tonight’s game as a precaution after tweaking his left ankle fielding a bunt in the first inning.
