When the pandemic forced many changes to Major League Baseball in 2021, one of the events that was lost was the annual Braves Hall of Fame event. So far, 35 former team members ranging from players, owners and executives have been enshrined. That number will increase by three this year with the additions of Leo Mazzone, Joe Torre and Joe Adcock according to a report by The Athletic’s David O’Brien.
Mazzone was a recent guest on O’Brien’s “755 Is Real” podcast where he discussed his memories of Hank Aaron.
The Braves’ last Hall of Fame class consisted of Terry Pendleton and Hugh Duffy in 2019.
