Fresh off of a series win over the Philadelphia Phillies, the Atlanta Braves will wrap up their final series before heading off into the All-Star break with a three-game set against the Miami Marlins.
The Braves took two of three from the Phillies including a five homer outburst on Thursday in which they erased a 4-0 deficit in a 12-6 win. Atlanta now has a 6.0 game lead over second place Washington in the NL East standings.
The Braves will be looking to keep the pressure on the Nationals and the Phillies and to continue their recent dominance of the Marlins.
