ATLANTA -- Ender Inciarte turned toward the Braves' dugout with a frustrated look before exiting Friday night's game against the Cardinals with an apparent leg injury.
Inciarte showed some hesitance as he ran toward first base after leading off the bottom of the first inning with a groundball that drew an errant throw from shortstop Jedd Gyorko. The Braves' center fielder took a step beyond the first-base bag after realizing he would be safe and then looked into his team's dugout.
After being briefly evaluated, Inciarte walked off the field under his own power and then seemed to show a slight limp as he made his way down the dugout stairs on his way to the clubhouse.
