In 2010 when I was a TC lurker, I was doing contract work out of town. I didn’t have a ton of money, so I was happy enough to be toiling away in the bowels of a large corporate building staring at a computer screen. I recently burned all of my accrued time off on my honeymoon, so I just had to grin and bear it. Besides, I had worked through Opening Day before. I had TC’s open thread pulled up and Yahoo Sports game data flowing. Then this happened:
