The Braves’ second day of trading on the stock market is underway.
The team’s Series A shares opened Tuesday at $20.28 on the Nasdaq exchange, up from Monday’s close of $19.95 per share. Its Series C shares opened Tuesday at $18.88, down from Monday’s close of $19.14. The different series of shares carry different voting powers for stockholders.
1 P.M. UPDATE: By early afternoon, the stock had lost ground. The Series A shares were down to $18.31 and the Series C shares to $17.64.
