The Atlanta Braves came into Friday night’s ball game with a 26-27 record and following a 10-game road trip that left everyone stretching their heads about the bullpen situations. Braves leave Friday with a 26-28 record while the Pirates now have a 30-24 record.
The Braves had chances to win probably six or seven games during the road trip, but instead only won four games and caused many frustrations.
Baseball is a great sport to say, “you know what, we got beat…let’s move on” because typically you play the next day. With a much needed off day on Thursday, the Braves came back home to Turner Field to take on the Pittsburg Pirates.
