CHICAGO -- Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez expressed his anger in a colorful manner after he was ejected apparently for arguing balls and strikes with plate umpire Doug Eddings in the third inning of Thursday night's game against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.
Gonzalez's displeasure for Eddings' strike zone came to a boil when he was ejected after reacting to Eddings' call on a 1-0 fastball that Mike Foltynewicz threw to Chris Coghlan. After being tossed, the usually mild-mannered Braves manager stormed out of the dugout and got in Eddings' face before offering some choice words.
