Monday night’s game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves was Freeman’s first against his former team. The reigning World Series champions traded for first baseman Matt Olson in March, signaling the end of Freeman’s 12-year career with the Braves in a move that shocked fans.
And now, it’s a move that came back to bite them, as Freeman not only hit his first home run as a member of the Dodgers, he did so in his first ever at bat against his former team!
