PHOENIX -- The Braves have discussed bringing Jeff Francoeur back next year, but it looks as if the veteran outfielder will spend the rest of this season with the Marlins.
A baseball industry source confirmed a three-team deal is in place that would send Francoeur to the Marlins and bring Rangers Minor League infielder Dylan Moore to the Braves organization. The trade, which is also expected to provide Texas multiple international bonus slots, could be completed within the next few hours. The club has not confirmed the deal.
The Braves said they wouldn't just give Francoeur away, but Moore is not listed among the MLBPipeline.
