Mike Foltynewicz gave up two hits and a run in three innings on Sunday as the Atlanta Braves fell to the Boston Red Sox, 11-1, in a spring training game at JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Florida.
Dustin Pedroia led off the bottom of the first with a single, followed by an Andrew Benintendi double. The next batter, Mookie Betts, drove home Pedroia with a sacrifice fly to put the Sox on the board first. That was all Boston would scratch across against Foltynewicz, who gave up two hits and a walk along with a strikeout in his second start of spring training.
