Keith Law just released his revised MLB farm system rankings and the Braves' farm system comes in at No. 2
Before this past offseason, its safe to say that the Braves minor league system was somewhat bereft of talent. Sure, there was an emerging Ozhaino Albies and Jose Peraza to keep the system from being completely miserable, but due to trades, promotions, and draft pick misses there just was not a lot to be too excited about.
However, with the emergence of Albies and Peraza in combination with the acquisitions of (to name a few) Matt Wisler, Mike Foltynewicz, Mallex Smith, Touki Toussaint, Tyrell Jenkins, Max Fried, Dustin Peterson, Ricardo Sanchez, Manny Banuelos, and including the drafting of Kolby Allard, Mike Soroka, and Austin Riley, the farm system has taken a big leap forward.
