Injured Atlanta Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte will begin the next phase of his rehab on Monday when he begins a rehab assignment with the Florida Fire Frogs. Inciarte has been sidelined with a lumbar strain since May 14.
Having been out for such a long period of time, Inciarte will likely require several rehab games. Barring a setback with his back issue, it would seem that he would be ready to return shortly after the All-Star break.
The Braves look a bit different since Inciarte went out. Austin Riley replaced Inciarte on the active roster after he was injured and has had a major impact on the Braves offensively hitting .
