The verdict is in on Dansby Swanson’s injured left hand and it isn’t good news. Swanson traveled back to Atlanta earlier today and was examined by Braves’ team doctors. An MRI exam revealed that Swanson has a partially torn ligament in his left hand.
Dansby Swanson underwent an MRI in Atlanta today which revealed a partially torn ligament in his left hand. Swanson will undergo daily treatment in Atlanta for the remainder of the regular season. He will be re-evaluated next week.

The plan for Swanson is to remain in Atlanta and undergo treatment for the remainder of the week.
