Controversy comes and Gausman goes as Braves beat Marlins, 7-2

The Braves offense battered José Ureña for five runs over six innings as they got a bit of payback for what happened last August. They eventually added onto that number and picked up a 7-2 victory over the Marlins.

Even though Freddie Freeman started off the game with a solo homer in the first inning that put the Braves ahead for the first time, I think I can honestly say that everybody was waiting for the second or third inning. That’s because José Ureña was eventually going to have to come to bat.
