Jhoulys Chacin was not fooling the Cardinals in his 3 innings of work, giving up 8 hits and 3 runs. This further complicates the battle for the final rotation spots and possibly makes the door a little wider for someone like Aaron Blair to get a spot going in to the season.
The offense continued its attempted resurgence with strong efforts from prospects and regulars alike.
