The Atlanta Braves should be back near full strength in 2025, but there's one obvious hole in their otherwise-dominant lineup.
With stars Ronald Acuña Jr. and Austin Riley rejoining the mix, the Braves are loaded at nearly every position on the diamond. Only shortstop looks like an issue, given the brutal struggles of Orlando Arcia in 2024.
Arcia was a surprise National League All-Star two seasons ago, but he faded down the stretch and finished 2023 with mediocre numbers. In 2024, he was one of the worst hitters in the entire sport, posting a .218/.271/.354 slash line and 73 OPS+.
