After a disappointing loss Friday, the Atlanta Braves will need Ian Anderson to play the role of stopper Saturday when they continue their three-game series against the Philadelphia Phillies. Charlie Morton wasn’t able to escape the first inning in Friday’s series opener as Philadelphia jumped out to a 6-0 first inning lead. Things didn’t get any better from there as the Braves would fall 12-2.
Anderson himself is looking to bounce back from a rough outing last time out where he allowed six hits, two walks and four runs in just four innings against the Blue Jays.
