The Atanta Braves opened up a 40-man roster spot on Saturday transferring reliever Arodys Vizcaino to the 60-man disabled list while officially announcing seven roster additions.
Talking Chop’s Eric Cole reported earlier today that Touki Toussaint, Kyle Wright and Bryce Wilson would be included in today’s promotions. The team also added outfielder Michael Reed, catcher Rene Rivera, outfielder Lane Adams and activated reliever Shane Carle from the disabled list.
Vizcaino’s move to the 60-day DL was just a procedural move and buys the team some more time.
