Though Tuesday evening was an adventure in a negative sense for the Atlanta Braves, Wednesday night was delightful. Mike Soroka was fantastic, Austin Riley produced a home run in his Major League debut and, on the whole, things went quite well for the Braves against the St. Louis Cardinals. On Thursday evening, Atlanta will look to follow that up behind Julio Teheran, as the team seeks a second straight win and, by proxy, a series victory.
Teheran arrives on the heels of back-to-back quality outings, providing some level of optimism before first pitch on Thursday evening.
