The Atlanta Braves made another addition to their September roster on Sunday announcing that they have reacquired outfielder Preston Tucker from the Cincinnati Reds in exchange for cash considerations. The Braves traded Tucker along with Matt Wisler and Lucas Sims to Cincinnati at the deadline for outfielder Adam Duvall.
Tucker opened the season as the team’s left fielder but eventually gave way to Ronald Acuña Jr. after he was promoted. Tucker’s role was reduced significantly after Acuña’s arrival and eventually ended up back at Triple-A.
