The next player that we are going to be covering in our Braves player pool profiles is Logan Brown who surprised many fans with his inclusion in Atlanta’s pool and elicited a bunch of ‘who?’ and ‘why?’ questions. Don’t worry...we are here to help.
Much like fellow Braves minor league catcher Jonathan Morales, Brown joins the squad mainly due to the position that he plays. Logan was a 35th round pick in the 2018 draft and is coming off a 2019 season where he hit .301/.351/.383 (117 wRC+) in 51 games in Rome, and .240/.269/.280 (63 wRC+) in 48 games for the Florida Fire Frogs.
