Patrick Weigel is one of the big names to know on the prospect side for 2020, as though he’s spent his career flying under the radar he’s now set to be one of the first men up to Atlanta if and when pitchers are needed. Weigel went undrafted after high school and landed himself at Pacific College in his native California, the first of many stops for the talented right hander. Weigel was quite terrible in his first season with an 8.02 ERA and more walks than strikeouts and after the season he transfered into Oxnard College, a community college in California.
